Our Youth Participates in: 

International Youth Convention (IYC)

The 52nd International Youth Convention of the Church of God is to be held in Orlando, Florida. IYC is a four-day gathering of junior and senior high school students and their adult leaders. Playing off the idea of 20/20 vision and the year 2020, the theme scripture is I Corinthians 13:12-13.  Our four sub-themes are as follows: Clarity in LOVE, in LIFE, in FAITH and in HOPE.

Whitehall Camp & Conference Center

The youth participates in various events at Whitehall Camp & Conference Center. The youth has previously attended evening services in the barn for youth worship and some members of the youth spend the week at Jr./Sr. Camp.

Thirst Youth Convention

The Youth attends the Thirst Youth Convention which is a weekend event created for teens to refresh, connect, grow and worship together.  Teens will learn about who Jesus is, why faith matters, as well as practical ways to go deeper and live their faith out.

30 Hour Famine

The 30 Hour Famine is a combination of a youth group retreat, thought-provoking Bible studies, games, inspirational videos and more — mash them all up into an unforgettable day and a half of going without food to raise funds for the hungry.

Feeding Children Everywhere

Feeding Children Everywhere is a fun, high-energy and hands-on way for anyone to make a tangible difference in the fight against hunger. The Youth worked with Feeding Children Everywhere to package healthy meals for hungry children and families who need it most.

Winter Jam

Winter Jam is an incredible evening of live concerts by top artists in Christian music, plus worship and ministry to encourage believers and share the good news with those who have yet to trust Christ.

Clarion County Fair

The Clarion County Fair is one of the largest fundraisers the Youth participates in. During the week of the fair, the Youth is in charge of parking cars and the admissions booths to enter the fair. When they are not working, the Youth gets free admission and spends time enjoying the fair!
